Sailing Regatta 2011 RCC FF

I had the opportunity to photograph a sailing regatta thanks to my neighbor Don and the Rochester Canoe Club. The regatta was September 10th and 11th, held on Lake Ontario and Irondequoit Bay. I really enjoyed my day with Jeff and Mike helping out on “Mark Boat I” along with catching some nice photographs. Being around the sailboats racing this weekend stirred up a sailing interest in me.  It has been over 18 years since Boy Scout camp when I last sailed a Sunfish so part of me really wanted to be out on a sailboat that weekend.  Thanks again to everyone for welcoming me in to take photos and if you ever need help on a mark boat to work a race please let me know.
